Conventions

Today, I was invited to be one of a panel of authors at two conventions.

Marcon 44, a full-spectrum SciFi convention.  It will be held Memorial Day weekend, May 22-24th in Columbus, Ohio.

Context 22, a literary speculative fiction convention.  This will take place the last weekend of August 2009 in Columbus, Ohio.

Both of these events are of the SciFi variety, but carry a heavy horror fan following as well, so it should be a great time.  For more information on both events (though, the Context site isn’t updated for 2009, yet) click on their names above.

Once details are made available, I will be posting them in Appearances/News.

Don’t forget…

Don’t forget the Contest that is currently going on.  All you have to do post a question for me or a comment and you’ll have the chance to win the manuscript with my hand written notes that was used to make Night School.  If you are the 100th person to post a question or comment and win the mss, I’ll even inscribe and sign it for you.

Good Luck!

Blood Moon Rising/The Horror Writer

Sapphire Publications, the same people that will publish my short story, ‘Thirst’ in the January 09 issue of Werewolf Magazine, also publish a few other horror related mags.  Among these are Blood Moon Rising and The Horror Writer.  In the past, The Horror Writer, has done interviews with horror genre greats; Michael Laimo & Richard Laymon.

The reason I mention this, is that I just completed an interview with the publisher (Al) and it will appear in #37 of Blood Moon Rising (online) and #10 of The Horror Writer (print).

#37 of BMR will go live later this winter, while #10 of The Horror Writer will be out in the Spring of 2009.

As always, once both of these are available I will let you know so you can check out the interview.

And if you haven’t done so already, check out the Bookstore to purchase a copy of Night School.
